Many of my items use a gluten free flour blend instead of the whole wheat flour I use in other products.

Everything I bake uses only simple ingredients! The flours I use are whole wheat and a gluten-free blend. Sugar replacements are coconut sugar and maple syrup. The fats I use are avocado oil and butter. For more info, ingredients for each product are listed under the item on the Menu page.

If your order is placed by Thursday, I can have it ready by that weekend.
